This Privacy Policy describes how appsbyanandakumar ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information and the information of your customers ("User Data") within the Monexa billing application.

Applicability	This policy applies only to data processed within the Monexa mobile application.

2. Data Collection and Storage (Local Storage & Cloud Profile)

Monexa is designed as a local-first app. Most operational data resides exclusively on your device, but Authentication and Business Profile data is synced to enable the multi-device feature.

3. Use of Information

The data collected is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of Monexa:

Operational Data: For generating invoices, calculating totals, managing inventory, and analyzing sales reports.
Authentication Data: For enabling secure multi-device sign-in and access control via the user's phone number.
Business Profile Data: Used to populate fields on printed or shared receipts and invoices.
Contact Data: For enabling users to issue invoices or receipts to their customers directly from the app.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Data Location

4.1 Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade any operational, authentication, or customer data with third parties outside of the necessary synchronization described below.

4.2 External Services (Cloud Synchronization)

Monexa uses Google's cloud services to provide optional cloud backup and multi-device synchronization. This feature is enabled ONLY when you manually use the "Upload Data (Sync)" or "Download Data (Restore)" functions.

Authentication Data Collected: When you initiate cloud sync, we use Cloud Authentication to collect and verify your Phone Number.
Profile Data Storage: Your Name, Email, Business Name, and Business Address are stored in the Cloud Database.
Operational Data Storage: Products, Orders, and Expenses are uploaded to the Cloud Database.
Image Storage: Product images (original and thumbnail) are uploaded to Cloud Storage.
Security: All cloud data is secured by your unique user ID (uid) and protected by strict Cloud Security Rules, ensuring only you can access your business data.

5. Your Rights as the App User

Access: View all business and transaction data within the app.
Edit/Update: Modify your records directly within Monexa. Changes are synced to the cloud upon the next Upload (Sync) action.
Delete: Permanently delete all local data using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings.
Export: Export operational data to CSV or PDF via in-app export features.

6. Data Security and Retention

Security: Local data is encrypted (PIN) and cloud data is protected by industry-standard security features and user-specific rules.
Retention (Local): Local data remains on your device until deleted via the "Clear All Data" option.
Retention (Cloud): Data synced to the cloud remains on Google's cloud servers until you delete your user account or manually remove the data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or changes in regulatory compliance. Updates will be made available through the app's settings screen.
